Jerome Shaw

Nathan Jerome Shaw, Sr. was born and was raised in Orlando, FL. He uses his middle name of Jerome, a tradition that he and his siblings have had since grade school. Jerome has a beautiful wife, Gloria, and has 2 wonderful children, Nathan and Trinity. Jerome attended The University of Central Florida where he Majored and gained a Bachelor of Arts in Radio Television, and he Minored in Speech Communications. He’s worked as a Producer / Director for a Television Station. This allowed him to assist at the Church he served to create and produce a TV show for the Ministry.

Jerome began his work in Ministry directly out of college. He served 10 years as Sr. Youth Minister at his local church. While there served on many other auxiliaries, boards, and departments assisting in progressing the church forward. Working In 2008 Jerome founded and currently serves as the Senior Pastor of The MaxLife, a Church which has a central focus of assisting individuals in “Discovering Their Purpose”. Jerome’s careers spans over 30 years and has been based around sales and public relations where he has always been the top salesmen in his field. He has owned several companies to include Professional Placement Consultants, a Medical and Information systems and recruiting firm, as well co-owning Distinctive Fashions, an on-line clothing store with his wife. Jerome brings a wealth of knowledge to the NJS Collective and is happy to share.
